Experience. I have over 25 years experience of teaching, coaching, training and personal development, I am a genuine U.K born native speaker, coach and development consultant, my voice is used by several leading learning universities, all lessons are customised to your needs, I use accelerated learning techniques and I make all lessons interesting, motivational and fun. Flexibility. English lessons can be provided online by skype or google talk, for 30, 45 , 60 or 90 minutes  and by telephone. I provide free additional services, such as audio recording of our lessons,  professional feedback and ongoing learning advice. I have great student feedback and genuinely care about my students learning. I also provide a free 20 minute trial lesson.

Q. What are the benefits of learning English online by Skype or Google Talk?

Learning English online using Skype or Google talk is very effective. The focus is on speaking, listening and communicating in English. The text area is used to provide immediate feedback and suggestions, so any errors made are immediately corrected and this helps bad habits to be broken. Audio recording of parts of the lesson are also available. Additional materials can be discussed during lessons and so complete English courses can be taught with email used to share documents and provide feedback on exercises, tests and written work. No travel, in the comfort of your home or office, no traffic, no parking, no fuel costs and it's very affordable.

Q. What level of English do I need to start lessons?

To get maximum benefit from your Natìve English lessons I recommend that you have achieved or are close to achieving pre-intermediate level English. If your current level is below this please let me know as I know a variety of good quality professional teachers who speak different languages and may be able to teach you.

Q. How do lessons work?

I often use my proven 7 step SUCCEED© structure when working with students

1. Speak. First we need to make contact and speak to each other personally
2. Understand. I need to understand you, your needs and your level of English
3. Create. We need to discuss and create a structured and flexible learning plan
4. Communicate. We need to begin our lessons and communicate at all times
5. Evaluate. We need to review and check understanding of what you have learnt
6. Ensure. We need to check to ensure that what you have learnt you can apply
7. Decide. We need to discuss and decide the next steps in your learning plan

Q. How much do lessons cost?

Q. Do you offer intensive courses?

Yes. Intensive courses can be arranged from a half a day to a complete week. Please contact me to discuss.

Q. How much are intensive lessons?

The cost of intensive lessons varies depending on the course duration, level of English and numbers.

Q. What do I need to do to cancel a lesson?

Lessons can be cancelled with no charge providing 24 hrs notice is given in writing before the lesson start time (GMT). This lesson can be rescheduled or a full refund requested. If cancellation is less than 24hrs before the lesson start time, Native English can charge for that lesson as if it had occurred. Blocks of lessons purchased in advance (qualifying for the get 1 FREE) can be cancelled in exactly the same way as single lessons.

Q. Are there extra charges for phone lessons?

In Europe the cost of the phone call is included in all lessons where a call to a landline is used. For non-European countries there may be a very small additional charge. All Skype to Skype calls are free.

Skype can be downloaded for free from www.skype.com

Q. What do I need to start lessons with you?

This depends on the type of lessons you want.

1. For Skype or Google Talk lessons you need:

• An internet connection
• The Skype or Google Talk software
• A headset and microphone

2. For phone lessons you need:
A telephone landline

Q. When can I start my lessons?

You can start lessons when you want. Decide what kind of lessons you want and when you want them to begin. Contact me to discuss, confirm this and ask any questions. Make payment and that's it. You are ready to begin learning English by Skype, phone or face to face.

Q. How many lessons would you recommend I have?

The number of lessons depends on your current level of English and your learning aims. Some students have one face to face lesson a week, some one face to face lesson and a couple of skype conversations, others start with one or two a week and then reduce it to one every other. I have a couple of students who meet 2 times a week for a 60 minute skype lessons because they live 1,000 km away. I think the important thing is regular contact with the English language. I do believe that what you don't use, you lose.
